Hard Skin and Callus

More often than not hard, rough and dry skin is unsightly rather than painful. However, irritation can lead to calluses which can be both painful and stubborn to remove.

Moisturising your feet and exfoliating on a daily basis with scrubs and files can help prevent calluses from forming in the first place. Comfortable shoes are also a good idea - as is wearing high heels for only short periods of time, especially if the callus is on the ball of your foot.
