Foot Anatomy
When you consider what your foot does every single day, you may well be amazed that problems don’t occur more often!
With each step, your foot absorbs the shock created by the weight of your body coming into contact with the ground. It then helps you balance as your other foot swings forward, before lifting your weight to propel you onward once again. It does this, on average, a thousand times a day.
To achieve such a specialised function requires some specialised anatomy. This includes your foot’s skin, bones and nails.
