Cracked Heels

Cracked heels are quite a common condition, particularly in the summer months and in warmer climates. Although initially no more serious than hard skin, they can become quite painful and lead to more serious conditions if not treated promptly.

Once the skin on your heels is no longer cracked, exfoliate regularly using scrubs such as our Rough Skin Remover and files such as our Dual Action Foot File or Party Feet Smoothing Foot File.

Moisturising every day with a product such as our Deep Moisturising Cream will help to keep heel-skin soft. Open-backed shoes which leave your heels exposed should also be avoided.
