How to Leave a Product Review
Leaving a review
Leaving a review is easy. Just follow these simple steps: Navigate to the product page of the Scholl product which you purchased in order to leave a review. The easiest way to do this is to enter your product name into the search box. The search box is located in the upper right corner and looks like this:
Once on the product page of your product that you own, click on the Review tab which will be just below the product image “Reviews” (see below highlighted in Blue)
Within the “Reviews”, tab click the “Write your own review” button in order to log in to write a review.
Log in to your account
After clicking on “Please submit a product review…” (highlighted in Red), you’ll need to log in to your account. If this is your first time leaving a product review on our site, you will first need to register in order to review your product. If you have not done so already, please register here.Login/Register
***Please note - even if you have received an email from Scholl, you must first register for an account on the Scholl.co.uk web site in order to leave a review. A newsletter subscription does not ensure an account necessary to leave a review.***
Leave a review
After logging in successfully, you will see a review form for your Scholl product. As displayed below
There are 4 pieces of information we ask for when you leave a review;
- Nick Name - You to give yourself a nickname rather than use your real name if you prefer. This information is optional.
- Review Summary - You can leave a review summary which needs to be filled in and is just a single summary of your review, an example being ‘Great product’. This information is optional.
- Rating - You can also rate the product using numbers 1 to 5 stars, 1 star being poor and 5 stars being excellent, this must be filled in.
- Your Review - The final section allows you to write your product review, please consider rating your product on its features, design and value. Does it meet your expectations? Would you recommend it to others? We’d love to hear your thoughts: there is a limit of 255 characters. If you feel you would like to leave a lot more information, please use the contact us page and an enquiry type of Product feedback.
Once you have filled in the information you want to leave as your review please click the submit button number 5. This will send your review to our panel to review and approve for use on the site.
