How to Leave a Product Review and win a pair of Scholl Shoes!
How to search for products and content
This guide will show you the step-by-step guide of how to find a specific product on the Scholl website.
1) Searching
The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to use the quick search function. This appears in the top right corner of every page.
Simply type in the word or phrase matching the product or content you are looking for, and click on the search symbol to the right of the search box. For example, you can search by:
shoe style (eg Bahama, Fiji)
product name (eg Cracked Heel Repair Cream, Athletes Foot Cream)
foot condition (eg Blisters, Cracked Heels)
plus many other keywords and phrases
If you don't find what you want straight away, here are a few tips:
Remember to keep it simple
Best results are often obtained if you enter just one key word such as blue or strap. Try using the least common words. (Don't use words like 'the', 'and', 'a', etc. which will produce many results.)
2) Browsing
Searching is not the only way to find what your looking for – browsing the site is also an option.
The main areas of the site are shown at the top of every page in the silver navigation bar; simply click the tabs to move between different product areas.
Once you have chosen a product area, you can then choose a more specific category by clicking one of the options in the ‘Browse’ box on the left of every page (below the ‘Search’ and ‘Shopping Basket’ boxes).
For example, you can narrow down your browse criteria in ‘Footcare Products’ by choosing ‘Nail and Skincare’, ‘Hosiery and Support’, ‘Foot and Shoe Comfort’ or ‘First Aid For Feet’ books – the choice is yours!

Creating a Strong Password
- Try not to use personal information. You should not use personal information as a part of your password. It is very easy for someone to guess things like your last name, pet's name, child's birth date and other similar details.
- Try not to use real words. There are tools available to help attackers guess your password. With today's computing power, it doesn't take long to try every word in the dictionary and find your password, so it is best if you do not use real words for your password.
- Mix different character types. You can make a password much more secure by mixing different types of characters. Use some uppercase letters along with lowercase letters, numbers and even special characters such as '&' '%' or '!'.
- Try using a passphrase. Rather than trying to remember a password created using various character types which is also not a word from the dictionary, you can use a passphrase. Think up a sentence or a line from a song or poem that you like and create a password using the first letter from each word.
For example, rather than just having a password like 'yr$1Hes', you could take a sentence such as "I like to wear Scholl shoes a lot” and convert it to a password like “iL2ws$al” By substituting the number '2' for the word 'to' and using a $ for Scholl, you can use a variety of character types and create a secure password that is hard to crack, but much easier for you to remember.
