1- Helps prevent tired and aching feet and legs with continued use
Thanks to its shock absorbing property, GelactivTM reduces the stresses on the legs and feet which can normally occur when walking. Laboratory tests demonstrated how GelactivTM is much more efficient than many other materials in absorbing the micro shocks of walking* and how it can reduce the rate of loading under the feet.
2- Helps relieve foot and heel pain
The cushioning effect of GelactivTM provides highly efficient pressure absorption. The insert of gel promotes a better pressure distribution, reducing significantly the impact peaks at the heel, compared to normal shoes/insoles. This, together with the ergonomically designed shape, generates a unique sensation of comfort and helps relieve foot and heel pain.
3- Gel cushion absorbs impact without losing shape, giving continuous protection
GelactivTM special compound resistant to permanent deformations caused by repeated use thanks to the ability of this material to come back to its original shape after the impact is absorbed (Memory Effect). GelactivTM, does not inhibit the normal transpiration of the foot, keeping it naturally cool and fresh. It is designed to maintain a constant temperature that is a few degree lower than the average temperature of the human body.

GelactivTM has a built-in TechnogelTM heel pad integrated in the footbed that provides superior protection from impact shocks and better support for the foot. This is possible thanks to the ‘3-D Deformation’ and ‘Memory Effect’ characteristics of TechnogelTM, as well as the ergonomics of the heel pad, which deforms under loading to conform to the shape of the foot.
GelactivTM technology benefits also from a thin layer of suede covering the forepart of the footbed to provide a pleasant sensation of softness.
